It works for few months, then top cream colored layer peels off with heat, and then non stick layer... Dosa will stick for sure, quality pretty bad overall, no point buying hyped price

This is the first 'ceramic' non stick kadhai I have brought. It is quite stain resistant. After making one dish, I just rinsed it with water to make the second dish immediately, no leftovers, no problem. The problem came with washing. I use scotch brite to clean my utensils, and after 2 such scrubs, the bottom got scratched. Deep scratches. I resorted to using a sponge for the next washes.

I was looking for a Dosa Tawa and got this one recently. This is prefect size and makes perfect dosa. Its great for making pancakes and paratha in less oil. This also looks so pretty. Love the handle , very sturdy and easy to hold, grip is great. Doesn't get hot also.
