This is amazing! It helps you reset. Everytime I need a reset it does the trick, you have to follow through and eat healthy after but this kit makes it so easy. I LOVE

I'm very familiar with the research behind this diet and decided to try the fasting kit after too much summer food indulgence. I did three separate 1-day fasts and you know what, it really did reset my cravings and got me back on track for clean eating. Do they taste good? Not really. But they are fully palatable and as someone who has done true daily or multi day fasting, having these kits is way better than not eating at all. So I had no issue with the food. That said, I've been doing different types of fasting for years and can easily go 24 hours without food. So this routine wasn't tough for me to stick to. If you've never fasted, it might be rough. You might need to repeat it a few times before it gets easier. Anyway, it works as a reset.

1. This particular product made me very ill. Horrible stomach cramping that didn't subside, even after stopping the reset and doing everything that is receommeded. I contacted them to discuss with a nurse and was told someone will call me back soon. Still waiting. As mentioned, I stopped using after day one and 3 days later still no call and still having cramping. When I contacted Prolon to discuss possible refund they refused and said that it's Amazon's issue not theirs. Also, was told that I should have bought it on their website! Wait, they are the listing themselves as the seller but then try to blame poor Amazon! Horrible customer service and lack of availability of nursing staff to accommodate their program/product.

I had no stomach issues with this, it was easy to do and I lost 6 lbs in 3 days. I was bummed that all 3 days were the same food. However, I enjoy pea soup so that wasn't a big issue. You really need to blend the soup well in order to enjoy it. The Almond crackers are delicious as well as the choco crisp bar. I forced myself to eat the olives since I'm not a fan of them but since there isn't much to eat in a day I couldn't skip them. I enjoyed the breakfast bar, it is filling. Make sure you are in the proper mind set before you start.

I have only done the 3 day reset twice now and I have to say, I have high praises for it! I have tried lots of different cleanses/reset diets and so far this is one of my top favorites! I did not experience much hunger at all and I noticed high energy levels on the last day and day after! The only small negative effect I experienced was mild headaches (I think from the lack of caffeine) but otherwise I felt great!! I lost about 2-3 lbs both times too! I loved the soups and olives!! If I could change one thing, it would be the kale crackers😝. I will definitely incorporate this program whenever I need a jump start!!!

The bars are good, but the soup is not very tasty

So this “ fast” was a nice surprise! The packaged food, which can be iffy, was actually nice, I love the olives. I think it’s totally the way to go if you need to fast. I have crohns and my gut can be pretty intolerant of foods/bars, none of these irritated my gut which is wonderful. Lastly, it makes a fast doable because of the small meals. I would recommend. Happy with Prolon as a product/company -- introduced to this safe and effective fasting kit by my daughter - an RD. I use it as a DIETARY RESET, mostly 2-3 days in a row, when my sugar cravings are too much ... or my diet has been lousy. Works great. Love the crackers and all items (although the soup doesn't mix well and I just "get those down").
