I like the shape and the grey colour of these placemats. They look modern. They are thin, but they seem durable. The material quality seems good. They are easy care (wipeable). They are big enough to accommodate a big plate and the utensils. The coasters complement very well the set, adding an extra space for one small item (a glass or mug). I was expecting that these placemats would be bigger. I appreciate now that they main photo from the advertising could mislead the potential buyers because the size of the plate (with the bistec and the contour) is not proportional to the real size of a big plate for such kind of meal. When you place a big plate on these placemats, definitely the remaining available space is less that the one suggested by the photo. They are advertised as heat resistant (up to 212°F/100°C) that is a plus, even though I don't intend to use them for that purpose.

The placemats seem over large and not attractive at all , I binned them along with the coasters before my hubby saw them I would not recommend these at all
