It does as intended. I mix mine with the usual whey protein cookies n cream and it doubles the flavor

I use oat milk because I'm lactose intolerant and this is the best tasting meal replacement I've ever had, and I've tried a few. I doubt it would be as yummy with water so definitely use a milk you like. It is very easy on my sensitive tummy and taste exactly like the flavor you use. I have tried both strawberry shortcake and blueberry cobbler. They are equally tasty. I hope they never discontinue this product because I will use it forever if it's around.

Mixing is a bit tough due to protein type I’m guessing. I typically use it in a blender in smoothies. Mixes much better. Taste is ‘ok’ and I love the macros.

First of all the taste is delicious, with water, or milk, the protein and essentials are dope. I take this in the mornings to replace a meal before I eat something a few hours later. It provides me with energy first thing In The morning and it curbs my appetite, I also take it pre workout and post. I am satisfied with it.

Definitely gonna be buying this protein again! Best tasting whole food protein I ever bought!

For a quick meal on a busy schedule or for quality calories between workouts, this is a great product. It mixes well, tastes good, and is well packaged.

It tastes amazing but its super grainy no matter how much i shake it or try to blend it. Saw someone saying the lite version is much better so next time ill try that

This version does not mix well. I really liked the lite version and decided to try this. Chunky in milk, water, whatever. Much more grainy. Not a fan and a waste of $70
