UPDATE: Bought a 2nd one just before the price increase. I would still recommend it, even at the much higher price. Short summary: Exceeds all expectations. Build quality and especially the stainless steel grinder outperforms ceramic burr grinders in the $80+ range. Actually grinds espresso grind fine enough and consistently to get great results, even from less expensive machines AND more demanding ones. Full story: I'm a coffee nerd, but not a rich one. I have used an expensive lever machine [La Pavoni] and a commercial grinder/doser [Macap]. But space considerations and repair costs led me to a more modest $199 pump espresso maker and common drip maker. Also a blade grinder Expensive espresso machines use a standard plain "portafilter" that depends on a good fine grind to produce the desirable "crema." Cheaper machines use a pressurized portafilter to help make crema. Most lower-priced pump machines come with both inserts. I have never gotten the genuine crema using any affordable grinder until now, let alone one in this price range. So if you are not looking for a $600 espresso machine and a $500 grinder, GET THIS GRINDER and whatever maker you want, even a simple steam pressure powered one. This grinder will make any one work better. Grinds for other ways of making coffee are clearly displayed, you choose how many cups to grind. It is fairly quiet and does not make mess. Note that this is not a generic import that just says "Grinder" on the box and no company. The full VEVOR address and website as well as email is on the box. We've owned a variety of grind and brew machines, mostly Cuisinart, of varying quality. This one seems to be an improvement -- it was less expensive, seems to be less noisy, and makes at least as good a cup of coffee. Having said that, a couple of thoughts: First, how does one clean the grinder? The company doesn't know, and referred me to a Google search. Second, the hot plate only stays on for 35 minutes and not two hours, as most other machines do. Third, it's a couple of inches taller, so counter space could be an issue.

I purchased in August 2025 and out of the box the first issue was the power button remained "in" so there was no way to turn the coffee pot on or off, but brewing could be done by using the time to program a brewing cycle. Not the greatest experience but manageable. Then I started having issues with the machine no longer brewing a complete pot pf coffee but instead leaking water all over my counter and wasting the coffee grounds or beans used to set up the brewing cycle. When I contacted the company to ask for resolution on a less than 6 month old machine that was no longer operating in a reasonable manner they first asked for pictures and video of the issue, then after being supplied we with the asked for items requested that I remove the bottom and inspect the internal workings of theachine to so my own troubleshooting and repairs. Unacceptable to request myself to do repairs on a ma hine less than 6 months old and horrible lack of accountability in the customer service. I would give negative stars of I coild

Have used this for over a week. Set up as per instructions. After using the included filter, decided to use paper since it cleans easier, did not notice that changed flavor. Has worked well, using medium level roast beans, and like to use either the medium or strong for brew. Can make 2, 4, 6 or 8 cups. Grinds well, makes expected level of noise, brews a hot, but not real hot, cup. Pot is nice, doesn’t pour as well as it could, but is insulated and nice quality. Have tried at least 4 other brands this past year, up to $600 range. This is the best of the batch, and my fussy husband enjoys the coffee it brews. I’m pleased and enjoy my morning brew!

The seller had our item to us within a couple of days and this is without a doubt the best coffee maker we've owned, it automatically measures the correct amout of beans from the top hopper into the grinder and into the filter and then brewed in the pot , tastes awesome! Great seller and Vevor is a great machine. Since the initial review our machine failed 3 months later pouring water over the entire counter and on to the floor, the result was a negotiated settlement with Vevor for 60% of the purchase price with no return or replacement of the coffee maker, no idea what the problem was but we went back the the tried and true Black and Decker 12 cup so if it fails we're not out a bunch of money!

I got this for my wife. She loves it. No complaints. Grinds great, not too noisy, and the design is great too. Small footprint. I like it because is doesn't create static and fling grounds all over the place.
