Duz not have the strong aroma expensive saffron should have
And the saffron strands stay whole and impossible to to going down in the pestle and mortar!

It's genuine from what I can tell
It costs £4.99 at my local Asian supermarket but gets good reviews for quality. However, I realise that not everybody is lucky enough to have a good Asian supermarket nearby

Great Taste simply the best.
