It Does the Job.
This worked as advertised. I bought it to power my resmed CPAP while we boondocked in our travel trailer. (The ac outlets in the trailer are inactive when the trailer is not connected to shore power).

Works great.
Bought this to use CPAP on small jackery battery while camping. Uses only about 24-30% a night with this adapter. Otherwise plugged in it uses all but about 24%, so this adapter has really helped! Also if absolutely needed, you could use this in your car if you had to sleep there for any reason.

Just what I needed to run my CPAP of of my fifth wheel batteries when boondocking.

A must have!
We bought this so if we lose power, we can hook it up to our Ecoflow solar gen and use it for 10 days straight because this adapter wont draw as much power than using your regular 110v outlet plug in. Great for preppers too.
