Mild pain!
Mild aches and pains can be helped with this patch but it won't cure your problems. This will offer you a little relief for a short time.

Waste of money
This product did absolutely nothing, especially the adhesion part. I had to use a knee brace to keep the patch in place, but by the end of day the pain relief factor just isn't there.
