This is the pillow for perfect sleep! It's soft but not to soft and supportive to the neck without being uncomfortably to high!

These pillows are wonderful. So soft, and the fact that they are not a high loft pillow keeps my neck from hurting like most pillows on the market do. They don't loose their shape, bunch up, or flatten out. I had a talalay latex pillow about 12 years ago that I loved. It finally degraded after 12 years. I could not find another, so until I bought these, I had been trying every pillow out there. These pillows are the only pillow I will ever use again.

This is not Extra Soft as stated. I am a side sleeper who sleeps more on a angle so I need a pillow that allows my neck to be parallel to my body. As this pillow is 6.2" thick I will try the 3.7" Pillow. If it were really soft my head would go farther down and it would be a great pillow like my very old latex pillow that I have.

The pillow is very soft and comfy, but also smaller than what's pictured and thinner as well.

Great Pillow. I have had these type of "bouncy" pillows for a long time and I didnt know where to get a new one to replace my old one. All the pillows now are memory foam and I wanted bouncy. This is exactly what I was looking for. The pillow has the bounce, although it is a little small but its fine - just seems shorter in length than other standard pillows. I got the standard size. Overall would recommend if you are looking for a bouncy pillow. Mine didnt smell and I was able to use it the first night it arrived.

Surprised! Second time ordered. 1st was not soft, returned. 2nd was extra soft ordered. Was not soft.i figured out what to do. Odor, bad, aired for 6 days out of cover. 6th day spread baking soda over both sides. Bought a new zippered cover too large for pillow. Cover that is on pillow compresses it tightly and makes it firm, I needed a soft pillow, this works. For odor I left baking soda on pillow and put it in the new zipper case, then put my bed pillow case on over that then put another pillow case over, opening on opposite end. Odor is practically gone! I'm keeping this pillow.

so terrible. I was hoping that it would fluff out, but it came wrapped in plastic wrap and packing tape. There was dog hair all over the cotton cover of the pillow - I washed that, but it has been almost 7 days and this still has not fluffed up and the wrinkles have not been smooth out when I lay my head on it I can feel every divot

I bought this pillow searching for one similar to a pillow my grandmother had that I loved so much and this was a close second. The pillow is bouncy and what I was looking for in this type of pillow. My only complaint is I wish it was a little bigger but other than that it’s great!
