Good scooter for the price. Customer service took care of me.
I bought 3 of these scooters during the Christmas holidays for myself and my kids.We all use them comfortably. My kids are 10 and 13, and we can all navigate on them easily. Not the easiest for my kids to pick up when they are folded, just due to weight.Battery life is definitely not what is advertised. Have had the batteries die out on us after about 5 miles, which was not fun to push back a couple of miles. I think if all of us were 125 pounds, we could probably get like 10 miles out of a full chargeThere’s a “cruise control” setting that auto engages on one of our scooters. It will automatically engage and bring the scooter up to max speed. Not pleasant and pretty dangerous, especially when it first happens and you don’t know what is going on. Nowhere in the user manual mentions this feature. The scooter has an app that you can download, and you can turn this feature off in the app. But you have to do it every time you get on the scooter.I had requested some customer service from a manufacturer and they were not helpful aside from just download the app and turn it off.The weird thing is that it’s only one of the three scooters that this happens to, so it definitely seems like it’s a glitch, but they were unwilling to replace the scooter.Update: 4/18/25. customer service was helpful after posting this review. The sent a part to try and help fix the issue. That hasn’t worked, so they have said they will send me an entirely new scooter as a replacement. Will update if not the case.

Great scooter for the price
Bought this scooter for my son for Christmas. He has absolutely loved having the freedom to get around. Battery life has been great and has good power. Scooter is sturdy and good quality. Love that it folds up and fits in my vehicle. Great value for the price and performance.

Worth every penny!!
I bought this scooter for my son for his 13th birthday, he’s now 14 and hasn’t stop riding it… it’s in great condition. He literally rides it everywhere. Still works as if it’s brand new. I highly recommend it’s so nice. Sometimes I write it myself a purchase You won’t regret.

Kept me rolling for a whole semester so far
Summary: the battery life is underwhelming but the body is very well made and the scooter is overall very well thought out. The manufacturer is very responsive and helpful to issues. Not for long commutes, but fun rides and short trips work well with it. I've still managed to put over 300 miles on it since I got itMy bike got stolen over the summer, and I really didn't want to go back to walking or the bus, and I didn't want to leave myself exposed to more robbery, so I went for an electric scooter I could carry around and lock via software. This fits the nearly impossible to rob criteria I was looking for.I picked it over the rest because it has a higher weight limit than most. At 265lbs, it's one of the few scooters advertised for taller frame guys like me.It's a BIG scooter. The 10 inch wheel size really inspires confidence among the massive potholes in roads and sidewalks ive become accustomed to. When I first saw it, I immediately felt better about having to ride it every day. It rides pretty smooth for a solid wheeled scooter. Despite the size, you can easily carry it with one hand. Some knurling or texturing on the stem might make carrying easier, but some grip tape fixed that for meI come in right around 250lbs, at full battery the scooter can hit 7mph on a moderate slope close to 15% grade, and reaches the eco mode's 10 easily on flat ground up until about 40% battery, at which point it drops to around 8 and progressively slows as battery voltage drops. Kicking to speed up helps hereI get close to 8 miles of actual distance out of a full charge on it, which is disappointing. Edit: having had it for 4 months now, it does not get better. 8 miles max effective range for a person my size, and you can only go about 2.5 in one go before the motor overheats. Sitting down for 10 minutes is enough to cool it off, but its still a bit of a pain. The wheels have an evidently large amount of rolling resistance from the motor inside, so much so that taking off the throttle will slow you down very considerably, even when going downhill. The D and S modes are really fun while they last, I can take a short ride somewhere just about as fast as I used to on my bike. Don't expect full speed on anything but flat ground, full throttle though. Kicking it like a regular scooter will give you some very good acceleration that's very funThe construction is solid. The welds are better than some higher end ebikes I've seen. The stem and handlebar assembly are both rock solid, and the folding mechanisms tolerances are razor thin, resulting in functionally no wobble, even if you're carrying it up a flight of stairs. Yet another reason to feel confident in your safety on it. I'm 250 pounds, and I expose this thing to a lot of force, but its still solid. I even felt safe enough to take it out on a few snowy days, it powered through just fineThe headlight is small and fairly dim, and shines out in a trapezoid pattern ~4-10 feet ahead of the scooter. A more powerful LED and a wider light cone would be greatly appreciated. The turn signals are mostly useless, no cars heed them at all and i still need to hand signal my turns. Its helpful for telegraphing turns to other pedestrians though. There is a small but fairly high volume thumb bell that is very effective. It creates a clear high pitched ring that is unmistakable, it's a good little detail that wasn't necessary, but is appreciated. The brakes are very strong, and it's important to brace yourself when you're about to stop. The brakes even activate a light on the rear fender of the scooter to alert those behind you. If employed correctly, braking distance at full speed can be as low as 10 feet, but it takes practice. I do feel just as safe on this as I would my old bike. Unlike a bike of similar price, this scooter brakes equally well in dry weather, rain, and snow. The scooter is rated ip54 water resistant. This means it is classed for use in moderate rain conditions. I've ridden it in about a month's worth of rainy and snowy days at this point, so it's solidly weatherproofSince purchasing this, they developed their own app for Google play, and it's decently well laid out and easier to use than their old distribution process. All the data it keeps track of is fun to look at, and the features it toggles are super useful and well thought out.Overall, not what I expected of this scooter. This company seems to have history with good build quality and safety features in a lower priced package and they are exceptionally responsive to potential issues, and that's an exceptional thing to be in a world where alternative transport is becoming way more popular and electric scooters are often called unsafe and cheap. My only problem here is that the range is too optimistic for a 270wh battery with a weight limit of 265 pounds. The quickly overheating motor makes it annoying for longer trips, so stick to short jaunts or youll be stuck waiting for it to cool. You might get 10-12 miles effective and less overheating with a 220 pound weight limit. If you're on the upper side of this scooter's weight limit, expect a lower rangeI can technically ride farther on cheaper bike and just take my chances with another bike lock, but this scooter surprised me with its durability, safety features, and longevity in spite of its price and battery life. I genuinely feel safe keeping this as my main mode of commuting after these last 4 months, it hasn't failed to ferry me to class in that time, and that's worth sayingIf you just want something fun to buzz around on for a while or take a few mile long commute every day in just a few minutes, this would be a great choice for you.
