I had an issue with the product not working but the seller was brilliant and offered plenty of help and support, as well a replacement, highly recommended.

It’s relaxing and pretty to watch and listen too. And I loved the rain effect but now after 3 or so months of having it (I do regularly clean it too) the rain has stopped working. It is still a decent humidifier however I did buy it more for the rain feature.

I purchased two of these as gifts and they came out really well. The white noise and rain sound is really calming and the colour options offer a great night light or atmosphere to your room. It provides a nice amount of humidity without creating damp - just enough for personal use. Would be nice if it lasted longer than 5 hours on the setting option, but it's not a huge deal.

Used a couple times when i went to turn it on bypower button it would instantly turn itselfnoff, had no water spills must have malfunctioned. My second tike buying one had alot of hope for this one as its kore expensive snd good reviews, unfortunately bad

Works well, great lighting, easy to use, however the “rain” sounds more like a tap running rather than rain, and the motor/battery part that makes it run can be heard over the sounds of the rain!

Very relaxing love the colour changing and the gentle sound of raindrops only put water in at the moment. As you can see my problem will be trying to get my cat Evie to stop drinking from it but I am happy just to leave the water in. It is very relaxing. I have this 100 day cough that is why I bought it. I coughed a lot less yesterday so maybe it is working already.

Only faults I find is annoying you can’t remove the plastic clear section completely so can be hard to clean as water droplets dry and cause water marks. Also vapour isn’t much but other than that I love it and everyone else loves it too

Great looking product that works as described. No issues precipitating water and works well with diffuser oils. Highly recommend.
