Still Providing Great Support After 2 Years!

I want to return this product
Product was excellent but it doesn't fit me properly so I want to exchange with smaller one but whenever I want to upload the picture of item it's doesn't work on return and refund... So how can I solve this

Size Difference Issue
The item we ordered was a wrong size and we bought the bigger size and it fitted perfectly and is also working good. Now we want to return the smaller size one and Amazon and Seller are refusing to take it back. I am 82 year old and I am trying to return this item as it is not a cheap item. Amazon has become very unpredictable in its return policy. Just a few days back, I was able to return the same item as I mistakenly bought it and they were fine with it. Now that a wrong size has been ordered, they are refusing to take it. If this continues, I am afraid, Amazon is going to soon loose its market to its competitors as I know for sure I will be stopping to buy from Amazon.
