These knives are not only sharp but stylish. Tomatoes are always hard to cut. The knife often squishes the tomato rather than cut it. These knives slice and dice like Freddy Krueger. Couldn't be happier with this set. And the price is amazing. I've paid double for one knife and it doesn't work half as well.

Been using for a few weeks now. Very sharp but handle is short, thin and hard to handle I needed something to take on travels with me when I stay a long time at various destinations. Sharp knives are an issue at places I stayed so this was my solution. Check luggage only! Light weight so good to go.
