OXO Good Grips Magnetic Heavy-Duty Clips - 4 Piece

I really hate the flimsy low quality products our throw away society creates. This is anything but that.The quality is top notch, does exactly what you want and looks like it will last for ever. Yes, you pay 5 times the price of other brands, but it's worth every penny in my opinion.Clamping force is good, but not take off my finger strong. A nice rubber insert helps create a perfect seal. and a smooth design with no sharp edges ensures if you drop it, your floors will not get chipped and your feet will not get cut.There clearly thought through all of the details to make the perfect clip!

Pro: These are the largest clips I've ever found that actually work for closing family size bags of tortilla chips with ease. They are not magnetic, so you do have to find room for them in a drawer. OXO clips are very sturdy and you only need one of them to firmly close open bags of any potato or corn chips, cough drops or similar items. I wouldn't use them for heavy bags of sugar, flour or any item that would likely attract ants or mice. Those items do better in lock and lock type plastic storage containers and I have use those for long term storage purposes.Con: I wish they also came with magnets on them so that I could store it on the side of my refrigerator instead of a drawer. The smaller clips do have small magnets on them for that option.

Good grip to close opened package securely and keep produce fresh. Perfect for nuts, dried and frozen fruit.

I don’t know why I took so long to buy these. Obviously these are much better than just folding up a bag of chips and putting it against something. The clips are great quality (as I expect from OXO) and are rubber so they have nice grip. They are also fairly wide. The magnets are great for having these just attached to my mini fridge. However, the magnets are a bit weak as it seems they are meant more for just storing them, unless you want to use them to hold up mail/papers. I do wish there were a mono color variant, as it comes in 4 different colors, but I guess it could be nice for those with siblings that want to indicate their ownership of snacks with the different colors.Worth the purchase as I find myself using these a lot more than I thought.

Wr like the size, functionality and looks. But the magnet is just OK. The plan was to use them on a cabinet door, where we installed a magnet on the back side of the door, and we hoped that it will be enough for it to hang to. But even though we use a very strong magnet, it didn't. Luckily, we had spares of the strong magnets, and attaching the clip directly to one of them and them the combination to the door works.

No regrets on these very sturdy clips. They hold up well and they secure the packages tightly.

These are really well made, larger chip clips that are not magnetic like the small ones are. Although they're very nice, they take up a lot of space in the utensil drawer. For this reason, I wish I'd have gotten the smaller magnetic ones that you can stick on the fridge between uses. Still, they're a nice size and great quality.

These are great bag clips for the kitchen. I like the colors and especially that the magnet is very adequate to securely hold the clip onto the side of the refrigerator.
