Schulke Octenisan Antimicrobial Wash Lotion 500ML

I have bought this product multiple times from this Seller. Although it is available from several others, I always find that this Seller offers the best value for money. I usually buy 2 bottles of Octenisan each time, as I get through it quite quickly. I use it daily for showering (I have a skin condition that requires an antimicrobial wash), as well as for washing the family dogs, and as a first step in any first aid that is required. Octenisan is a thinnish, clear fluid, unlike a lot of shower gels, that have a thicker consistency. Octenisan is great, because it works very well as an antimicrobial wash, but is so easy to cover a wide area and still wash properly, and it's a doddle to rinse, which is why I use it for the dogs as well; the worst part is rinsing all the lather out of even specialist dog products; this does a good job and rinses out very quickly. Also, it's no problem to leave some in or use it neat in certain circumstances, ie, for protecting a wound. I found that while using it to bath my own dog, the condition of her skin improved greatly, and her coat always came up squeaky clean, fluffy and shiny, with no strong smell, just a 'clean' one, so I bath all my daughter's dogs with it as well; she has noticed a positive difference too, and the dogs seem to like it. It's great for doing their ears and sensitive areas properly, whereas you have to avoid these places with many 'dog shampoos', as they would cause irritation; this absolutely doesn't, and helps to protect delicate skin afterwards. All the dirt comes away easily, it's perfect for sensitive skin, and I now wouldn't use anything else. I used to use the more expensive, well-known version, because it was prescribed for me, but Octenisan has the same/very similar formulation, without the pink colouring and distinctive smell (which I think is unpleasant), and without the prohibitive price-tag, and I prefer it anyway. The product is always delivered quickly and is well-packaged. I could not be happier with this Seller, and expect to be a longterm customer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I buy this on a regular basis and it is a very good product for keeping things clean where they need to be kept clean if you get my meaning. this along with a good barrier cream will keep you feeling fresh and comfortable as you should be, well along with good carers makes all the difference. very good product

Used for some years by my partner who was recommended it after surgery to keep him fresh and clean. A decade later the item is still purchased as it proved so useful. Would recommend for those with similar needs as proved effective.

Great product … reviews were good and encouraged my purchase. Over use can cause some skin dryness so only use once a day on morning to evening.

This is really good. It’s gentle for all areas. I tend to wash with my usual soap then apply this while I finish showering before rinsing off. Keeps you fresher through the day.

Ich nutze Octenisa wegen einer bakteriellen Entzündung am Hinterkopf und bin bisher wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Produkt kam sehr schnell durch Amazon Pime an und war sicher verpackt, sodass ich direkt mit der Anwendung starten konnte. Schon nach kurzer Zeit habe ich gemerkt, dass die Entzündung sichtbar zurückgeht. Die Stelle ist weniger gerötet, spannt nicht mehr so stark und insgesamt fühlt sich die Haut dort deutlich beruhigter an. Genau das habe ich mir von dem Produkt erhofft. Positiv finde ich außerdem, dass die Anwendung unkompliziert ist und sich gut in den Alltag integrieren lässt (beim Duschen). Bisher hatte ich keine Nebenwirkungen oder unangenehme Reaktionen. Natürlich ersetzt das keine ärztliche Behandlung, aber für mich persönlich funktioniert Octenisa sehr gut, und ich würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
