Quality issue
I don't like quality, as it is so light in weight and hollow. Carbon filter should be solid and cylindrical in shape from inside.

only self repair solution avaliable
buying authentic parts for filter is not possible and stupid companies're charging more kinda dumb, good thing is this company making possible doing a self repair is great solution for those who can do their self also konvio should look into to provide solution take old parts from customers by creating their own website. and improve quality overall. also product lacks carbon material in filter if you shake filter, you literally can hear it, they should improve it that was not case in authentic havells part. you may find this funny but not when you pay unnecessary amount for annual repair.
