purchased To use on my filter canister for my pool just know it takes a little effort, tools, knowledge, and workmanship to get the old one out and install the new one correctly but if you have any type of mechanical skills, the price of this compared to a new one which is well over $150 you cannot go wrong

Good fit on my old Hayward Pro-Grid (48sf) DE filter. Saved me from buying a whole new collar bracket (don’t remember the exact part name) for like $500!!

I needed this T-Bolt to fix the striped out T-bolt on my Hayward Filter Tank Flange Clamp. I had to Pry the T-Bolt slot opening on the Hayward Tank Flange to remove the old Hayward T-Bolt. I also needed to change the sleeve on the end of the Hayward T-Bolt. The new T-bolt assembly was reinserted into the T-Bolt slot on the Flange. Then hammered the T-bolt slot back into shape. Done! The only issue is the way the new T-Bolt is made. It appears the "T" is welded and it has a slightly tappered weld at the base. The old Hayward T-Bolt is made in one piece, square at the base ans slightly smaller. The length of the new T-Bolt is about 1/4" shorter then the old Hayward T-Bolt used on the Hayward Flter Tank Strap. I got the new T-bolt to work and it saved me from having to buy a new Hayward Filter Tank Strap.

Works exactly as it should. Cheapest T Bolt I've found in the size I needed.

I have an ancient filter and I jimmy rigged something to close up the filter. After two years my system broke. Headed to Amazon thinking I would never find anything and guess what they had this item. So great I bought extra just in case

These arrived quickly and loved them at first, but when I replaced the old ones, these were about 1/4 inch too short, they still worked but it is tough to squeeze the metal seal to be able to get threads to put the nut on.
