I've been fighting carpal tunnel on and off for years. These are by far the most comfortable and useful braces I've tried. Lots of adjustment but DO MEASURE YOUR WRISTS BEFORE TOU BUY to get the right size. They're extremely supportive but without cutting off circulation or creating friction points as some I've tried. I can use them at night and sleep great. I can work during the day at gardening, housework. I cannot, however, use an ergo mouse while wearing it. The reinforcement on the end of the palm strap makes it easy for unwanted clicks! Might be ok with a more typical mouse shape, I just haven't tried that. But other than that, using these at night has greatly reduced my pain from carpal tunnel. Great product, good price point, very comfortable, well-made, supportive and useful as daytime protection as well.

I’ve been using this faithfully for about 5 weeks and my carpal tunnel symptoms have dramatically decreased. In July I had reached the point where I was experiencing pain at night that was disrupting my sleep, and my hands were tingling and numb during the day, so off to the doctor I went. I am a 67 yr old retiree, and most of my career was in management sitting at a desk and PC. I also was a semi professional keyboardist for nearly 10 years in my younger days, and I still play often for my own enjoyment, so I was actually surprised I had lived this long without any carpal tunnel symptoms. The doctor advised me to get night braces like these that go over your thumb and have the flat metal pieces for support. I was also told to ice, and use ibuprofen around the clock for probably a few months to get rid of these problems. I’ve been following her recommendations and the symptoms are about 90% resolved! I’m continuing treatment until I’m completely symptom free for a few weeks, and then will probably ċontinue using these to sleep as they really help prevent my wrist from being in extreme positions while asleep. I can also report that the day I received these I immediately put them on while watching TV and felt a lot of relief from the pain and tingling. This is a very well made product that has helped tremendously!

My neurologist told me I had to wear carpal tunnel braces at night. I ordered two of these and the size was perfect and it was comfortable. The design is nice except I get the straps tangled trying to put them on. The Velcro quality is great and allows me to tighten for more support.

I am pregnant, in my third trimester, All of a sudden I started waking up with numb and tingly hands, My doctor said it was just "pregnancy carpal tunnel" And there wasn't really anything they could do and recommended I buy some wrist braces.
