Yes it is! If you look an the product images you will see a shift button and labels above the main keys. If you hold the shift button and press the keys labeled tuning- (middle C) and tuning+ (middle D) you can tune keyboard, you can also hols shift and press middle C# to reset the tuning

Does it come with a power supply

No it does not. Normal micro USB using any 500mah power source such as Laptop, Mobile charger or power bank will do to start it. This uses minimum power.

what sort of headphones will work with this?

Pretty much any headphone with a 1/8th" (3.5mm) jack. Dont think it stereo probably same sound out of both ears?
