I was recommended this product by a friend because they said they were getting results. So thought I would try it. Normally, I would use lotions because I don't like pills but after using my friends capsules, they were working well so I bought some for myself hahaha. They are easy to swallow and don't have an unpleasant taste. As a fellow sceptic of new things, I recommend it.

Whitening skincare is always a big hit in the market. But I doubt if this supplement will help. Glutathione is a strong antioxidant, which will also benefit the liver, boost immume and build tissue. These effect may help a better skin but saying it is whitening seems to be more of a marketing tactic.I use this mainly for the antioxidant effect and overall health. It is in a soft gel like a fish oil. I will try it but that need some time to see the effect. It has 60 count, so this is a one month supply if you take 2 a day. I hope to see some effect on skin though.The bottle is small and comes in a safety cap which I don't like, and it is not functioning well. To me a safety cap is unnecessary.The product looks good quality, but I don't like the way without extra packaging because an extra product label is sticked onto the supplement, making it very hard to remove to read the details.

Don't take this 1200 mg I have bad experience. Skin getting white. But my hand feel s like a pricking. Tingling. Now two week sufferd. i stop taken. Now little bit getting better. honestly this is my bad experience about glutathione.
