How do they get away with all these 5 star reviews yet give crooked, dirty, & flimsy ports. I bought a second one & encountered the same problem. Maybe it's because very little of the reviews are for the 5 port type c charger specifically.Really disappointed. I was a big fan & now I'm left with 2 chargers all for nothing. I'd appreciate it if the company could provide a discount on one of them.

This would have been great if it had lasted longer than 4 months. I woke up this morning and went to charge my phones and thought is something wrong with my ouetlets? After trying many outlets and other chargers (and refreshing the house breakers, because I'm quiet dedicated), realized this one charging station is broken. I'm scared now to ever try any of their other products, due to how long this one lasted, while simply charging iPhones every day.

I take this with me on every trip to charge my and my husband’s devices. We often stay in small B&B style places and found ourselves with only 1 outlet in the room. So this is perfect.

I was needed a new usb hub that included a usb type-c port as my growing number of usb-c electronics are growing. This is prefect as it allows fast charging. The hub itself is very well made and come with 4 regular usb ports. Quick charging works well with my Pixel 2!

All the laptops and phones we purchase these days demand a USB-C or the older USB-A power connection.When I travel, I like to have something portable that I can throw into the suitcase that allows me to charge both my MacBook, iPhone, and iPad. This charger from iBit seems to work as well the more expensive Anker charger I already own, though long-term, I don't know how well it will hold up.So, let's talk short-term....This seems to be a well-constructed charger with a solid case. Another review claimed the ports to be flimsy, but I don't share that opinion. In fact, I plugged/unplugged my cables in and out several times to test durability. I felt no movement in the connections whatsoever.This is a 60W charger but be aware of a few things...First, like all chargers of this sort, that wattage is across all ports simultaneously. Whether you get the proper wattage depends on the proper mix of connected devices. It is very likely multiple connections at once will result in some devices charging at slower rates.Also be aware that this will work great with a MacBook, but does not have enough wattage to charge a MacBook Pro (though it will keep it properly powered).This is not a limitation of the brand of product, but of these kinds of chargers rated at 60W.I tested the single USB-C (3A Output), USB-A Quick Charge (3.0 3A Output), and three USB (2.4A Output) ports. They all worked as promised. Additionally, I did not sense the charger heating up while in use. The manufacturer claims that there are safeguards in place to protect the device from overheating and charging.When traveling, this is the perfect charger that allows me to consolidate the number of cables and chargers I would normally need for all my devices. All you need to supply is the USB cables.For the few days I have been using this charger, I have had no issues. For the moment I can give it a praising recommendation.

At first I doubt this product would be useful for me and I think that the shape is “cheap” and very unappealing.However, i was surprised by the build quality of the product, it’s very rigid and well-made. Quite useful to tidy up your charging station! 10/10
