Brand New & Poor Battery Life But Good Customer Service
I had a stock battery in my 2019 Lenovo Ideapad. It wasn't doing horrible but figured get a fresh battery figuring the life would be better. I installed this battery and the life is about the same, or slightly worse than my 5+ year old stock battery. Despite the battery being bad I was issued a full refund quickly.... so giving it 4 stars.
