Holy grail product. This is seriously the only thing that even touches my cystic hormonal acne. Only downside is it does have a little bit of a funky smell but for the results this product gives me I honestly couldn’t care what it smells like

Works well and the sulfur smell isn't overpowering. It does have an extra scent to kind of counteract that sulfury smell, which I appreciate especially because my worst ones were on or around my nostrils) but if you're sensitive to smells as a whole, I don't know if you'd be able to tolerate it for the hour or so it takes to dissipate.

I have (had) been struggling with severe stress/hormonal cystic acne over the summer, I've tried anything and everything that promises to get rid of the horrible, painful bumps with no luck. I somehow came across this product and figured "why not?" because I was desperate to get rid of the pain. I seriously couldn't believe the relief I felt after the first use. This stuff immediately soothed the many cysts on my face, and by the following day, I saw shrinkage. I have since made some dietary changes to help with my cystic acne, but I will always keep a tube of this in my makeup bag. It has a funky smell, sulfur, but it is totally worth it for the results.

This is a small tube of acne spot treatment. It has a creamy appearance but goes on fairly clear. The product description says it turns into a patch but it did not look like a patch when I put it on several spots. This is a sulfur based product but instead of having an unpleasant smell like many sulfur treatments do - this smells light and refreshing. It contains niacinamide to help hydrate the skin. I ran the ingredients list through a product checker and it scored low for potential comedogenic and fungal acne ingredients. So that’s good. As mentioned the tube is not huge for the cost but unlike most acne spot treatments it does not feel drying. For now I am giving it 4 stars but as I test it on break outs that score may go up or down.

This is my holy grail. I get hormonal acne and when I have the few inflamed, almost cystic pimple appearing on my face, this brings both the swelling and pimple itself down flat, overnight. I will always have this emergency rescuer in my stash
