Good Headphones these are good pair of headphones starting with the sound quality: it has great bass and overall sound quality is good for gaming and entertainment because most gaming headphone fail on entertainment side but these are great, i recommend you to use software provided by cosmic byte and turn on 7.1 surround sound it makes a huge difference in sound quality(only supported on usb no 3.5 mm cable) It’s a 5/5 on sound quality. Mic: the mic quality is just awesome the sound is crisp and best part is it’s detachable overall good mic Mic quality:4/5 Lastly built quality: the built quality is very poor for the price compared to competitor brands and in general too the headphones are completely built out of plastic even the size adjuster and the plastic is of ok quality the ear cups are comfortable for long gaming sessions but could get sweaty in summer season, the headband could be softer for more support. Built quality: 3/5

I have been using this headset for the past 6 months the only thing that disappointed me was the physical quality The Mic Is Super Nice The Sound Quality Is Amazing The Only Thing That sucks about this particular headphone is the physical build quality like the wire is always messed up and needs to be straightened regularly The Wire Connecting the headphone popped out and some times later the mic started fking up but I had to replug and straighten up the wire to fix it It's an excellent product if you take care of it properly like having proper cable management and all Gaming Wise I reached Diamond from Silver While using the headsets

Extremely bad experience when the device cable gets disconnected on its own. The support team refuses to settle claim saying its a physical damage...but the damage isn't caused by me. How to prove this? The support team does not budge down to accept the mistake on manufacturer's behalf neither they allow to escalate to a technical person. Two communications so far and the reply is same. Product received on 3rd Oct 2021. The chronology of events is clearly mentioned in the email to support team. The RGB lights went off permanently by 17 Nov followed by mic going off permanently and finally the cable coming out on its own. This has happened without physically touching the cable. Isn't that a manufacturing fault? Shouldn't a good company expect the cable to remain soldered to the device even for a couple of months? What kind of quality is this? How does one prove that the cable came out on its own and it is not a physical damage is a challenge which the support team is unprofessionally hiding behind. I have been using other branded headphones but never witnessed such shamefully poor quality cable detachment and hence disconnection in this manner. Cannot imagine how poor quality products are pushed into the market and on top of it issues reported are mishandled this way.

1- Sound- Good Sound quality a -with USB cable great sound quality, best for gamer (4.5/5 for gaming and 3.5-4/5 overall sound ) b- with AUX cable there will be some downfall but no big difference for gamers( 4/5 for gaming and 3.5/5 overall) 2 - Mic- Great Mic quality a- with USB i think it have the best mic 5/5 b- with AUX there is a huge downfall in mic quality 3.5/5. 3- ear cup - Good but not great (3.5/5) 4- long lasting - when you buy a product you most probably buy it for long period of time and i bought this product on September 2021 so i think its pretty good 4/5. 5- build quality- 3.5/5 overall its pretty good 4/5- overall .
