So far so good , works as designed and no issues.

This has helped remind people that I gladly accept tips at my shows, I think the lights help draw attention better than some plain box or bowl. I like that it is clear so others can see the intent. Only bad thing is the cash slot is so narrow people have a hard time pitting in bills. I am working on finding a way to widen the opening so they can more easily put money in.

I have a friend who does 3-5 shows a week and has gone through many (glass) tip jars over the years. I was thrilled to find this one, not only with the ability to lock, but to light (& change colors), that one side came with the "tips" text but had the additional option to remove and replace with a blank one. I also like that it's plastic, so it can be written on and cleaned off after. He recently started doing weekend markets selling items too and I was happy it can be used in so many different places and reasons. He used it this past weekend and reached out to say thank you again bc he loved it so much!

I and others use this for a bar karaoke show 7 nights a week, works perfectly.Mine did come with a couple small cracks around the door. Not a big deal for me but be on the lookout for that. The fact it lights up fits with our lighting scheme. It’s worth every red cent.PRO TIP: Get Velcro rated for 10 lbs. Drunk people run into stuff, secure your tip jar!PRO TIP: the lock will loosen the more you use it, check it and tighten it every couple weeks to prevent a malfunction.

Had it for a couple of months and the lights are great, the biggest problem is the slot for the dollars is a little too small. Night after night I see people struggle to get their dollars in (unless their bill is perfectly straight but let's face it at a bar bills are crumbled and sometimes wet!) Even if they fold it straight it's still a struggle.

Slot for dropping tips is inconveniently small, also the led light died in just a few months
