Longevity Box is a really great brand and I’ve purchased a few supplements from them before.I like the fact their supplements are clean and don’t have any unnecessary ingredients.All their supplements have links to information about how to take them too which I really like.I would always advise to do your own research before starting any supplements. And also be aware it can take a few months to notice any benefits.The main claims of GlyNAC is that it can reverse premature aging, improve muscle strength, the capacity to exercise, improve cognition and help with blood pressure, body composition and quality of life.I have been taking these for around a month and I can say I have felt a benefit from them. I’ve been going through quite a tough time in my life and I have some injuries to my knees and legs which some days makes it a mental and physical battle to exercise.However, since taking these I have noticed I’m more inclined to get a workout in, even if it’s just something to get me moving.I have noticed I feel a bit stronger than I have been and that I have been bouncing back from my workouts better too.My skin also looks nice and clear and I do have a bit more energy.I will say I do take a fair few supplements but I feel I have benefited from adding these in.I have had no adverse side effects whatsoever.As other reviews have mentioned, these do have a very strong sulphur smell to them but it doesn’t really bother me personally and in my opinion this just shows that they’re genuine and potent.I can definitely recommend these and Longevity Box is a brand you can trust in my opinion.I would repurchase these 👍

I've been using your supplement GlyNac (Glycine & N-Acetylcysteine) since last year, buying via Amazon.I like the formulation and the fact that you do not add anything unnecessary to it, specially fillers and flours.This week I've received a new pack from my Amazon order and noticed that the capsule has turned white in colour and that the contents inside it have been reduced in amount. I am certain that there is less ingredient per capsule compared to before.I also dislike the white colour capsule and find it rather artificial.I never really swallow the capsule anyway and I always use the contents inside into my meals and discard the capsule itself, but I just thought that I'd raise my concerns as a consumer that the product may look more artificial due to the capsule white colour but most importantly that the weight of ingredients per capsule has been significantly reduced.I hope this is just a batch issue and that efficacy has not been affected.

I was pleased to find this available on Amazon at an affordable price. It is, apparently, able to slow down the onset of many of the effects of ageing, but only time will tell if it is doing that for me. Certainly I have not, so far, had any bad side effects!

These came in a resealable pouch, with a 2025 expiry date. Normal sized capsules and easy to swallow with no aftertaste. Serving size is 2 a day so these will last 2 months.I take NAC a lot for mucus and chest issues but it also has a lot of other benefits as a precursor to Glutathione, especially regarding ailments of aging. GlyNAC seems the latest version that is all the rage promising much better absorption, hence better and faster results.This, or even plain ole NAC, are supplements well worth taking to keep the Glutathione levels up in your body especially as you age as so many of us are deficient in this vital nutrient. Taking Glutathione supplements themselves is not much good as most gets destroyed in your stomach, so taking NAC which is a precursor to Glutahione in the liver, is the next best thing. If GlyNAC produces more and absorbs better as the research seems to show, then it's an even better supplement. Naturally it's more expensive than standard NAC, but that's usually the way.This is a good UK company that I've had supplements from before, and they've always been high quality. If you are searching for good quality GlyNAC with no nasty extras then this is one should be high on your list. It's suitable for Vegans too.
