This stuff works better than any other electrolyte supplement. In fact it’s the only one that works. No other electrolyte mix has this much potassium. I’ve always had cramping problems since high school football. Gatoraid, gatorlytes, salt on watermelon, pickle juice, bananas, bananas, and basically any hydration electrolyte mix doesn’t work as well as Krampade. It’s the amount of potassium in it that I haven’t found in any others. It’s what I needed. The others are all super super low potassium and sodium focused and they don’t work well. I use the krampade 2k every day I know I’m sweating. I still can cramp up but this alleviates it’s super fast . I sampled the 4k, actually put it to use while I was cramping in both my hamstrings at the same time. Usually I’d be rubbing my legs, wincing in pain, trying to gather what nutrients I can while stiff and it’s a good 10-20min, but when I had the 4k stuff I pounded it, and rubbed my cramps and was all good in like 2-5 minutes. Simply the best I’ve found and the only thing that works for my cramping!

I’m sure this is great for me but I cannot get past the taste. I had to add a ton of lemon juice to make it not taste salty to me. I didnt get even one packet/bottle down. I doubt I’ll drink any more.
