Was repairing an accessory in my car which frequently needs repairing replacing, so a terminal block was ideal. This traditional design is great as there's no risk of wire crossover or debris landing across the terminals and making a short. And the spade lugs make for easy maintenance and identification. The package was a good deal.. two blocks and plenty of spade lugs, shipped very quickly.

Quite small terminals. No issues.

Same size as a Cinch Jones 140 block - except - screws have a square washer under them to better secure the lug (or even just the bare wire in a pinch). Made of tough thermoplastic, not Bakelite. Holes for screws do not penetrate the body, improving dielectric properties and providing more surface area to mount with 3M double stick tape. Also comes with consumer grade lugs, but the sleeve insulation is typical cheap plastic, NOT polyolefin heat shrink as advertised. 2nd photo shows typical thermoplastic deformation (not shrink) from a heat gun - not a big deal IMHO.

Terminal strips are nice enough and will work well in applications that are not subject to corrosive environments. The strip is built well land the base plate is nickle plated brass. The screws are plated steel which makes them not preferable for the marine environment. Like wise the connectors do not grip the screws so are also not suitable for use on a boat.

This item was smaller than other terminal blocks I have used, but that does not impact its use. Perfect for wiring projects on my train layout.

Could not source this size locally. Decided to take a chance on these and they are perfect. The terminal bars are finished nicely and of good quality.Them adding in a set of connectors is a nice bonus.HIGHLY recommend these terminal blocks.

Just what I needed to connect thermistor to wiring. Good quality product.
