This is my first time owning a foam roller. I didn't know what kind to take. I heard that buying a foam roller with ridges would be better than buying a smooth foam roller so that things would hold in place better and I wouldn't slip. I'm using it to treat carpal tunnel syndrome so I use it for various movements on my upper back. When I started using it, it was really painful with all of the bumps. As I'm using it more, it still hurts a bit but my back is adjusting. I wish it was a bit wider to extend beyond my arms but it works fine.

I purchased the item, as requested, for my son who is away at college. He is a dance major student. He says the item helped him to relieve his sore leg muscles after dance sessionsTherefore, in my opinion …… worth it 👍🏾

Inner plastic broke when rolling my back. I’m around 225 lbs. Recommend purchasing something more sturdy
