Yes, It is the normal weight for a non foldable tyre in size 700x35c. Besides this tyre has an additional antipuncture layer inside which increases the weight slightly

Q: About to do a tour with a lot of gravel. Would these for an etrto 622x15 rim or should I go for the 700x32?

Hi I don’t know the answer, however, I would not recommend this tyres. They were extremely slippery when I was cycling on a wet surface they do not have a good grip.
