Easy to put together, well my Daughter done it, just slot the top into the seat and put the leads in. It's lovely and comfy, I fall asleep far too quickly so I have to sit upright or I miss all the tv programs. I had a manual chair before but it's so worth the extra to have an electric one. No problems with delivery, the drivers were very polite and courteous. And the colour is a dark brown not like what some of the pictures show.

I'm not usually one to leave a review on the first day but this chair is great. Bought to support my fibromyalgia. The team were very patient while waiting for a delivery date that fitted with my schedule and even though I was told it was hallway delivery on the day the 2 guys helped and bought it up the stairs to my front door for me which made for a very helpful and stress and struggle free delivery which was greatly appreciated. It went together quickly and easily. Came in 2 packages which made it easier to get in. Reclines beautifly and will hopefully be great support for me after work. It's comfy and well padded. The massager is a little louder than expected but I like to think of it as brown noise and apart of the relaxation experience. Thank you.

Had this chair for about two weeks now it is soo comfy and so easy to put together when it arrives. It came quickly and so far there have been no issues with it. The only slight negative is how loud the massage is so after a couple of minutes you have to turn it off or have a headache! You can just have the heat without the massage though so for the most part that's what I'll do. The massage also isn't that strong so for me I'd probably prefer the chair without the massage function due to the volume of it as it's less relaxing having it than not or if they could make it quieter! Overall for the price very happy and it also lookes lovely and has usefull compartments to store things in and reclines so you can lay right back in it. Cup holders are useful to and also come out so you can wash them so you could fill the holders with sweets/popcorn and a drink and have your own cinema experience at home 😃

Wow what a great seller. The delivery arrived within 3 days. It was estimated for over a week so it was a lovely surprise to receive it earlier than expected. This chair is super comfy and not too big. I have had recliners in the past which have been bulky and heavy. This is easy to move. You do need two people to assemble it. Can be a bit tricky to slot the back on but with a bit of patience you will be fine. The massage function is great. It is a bit noisy but not deafening. You can use it on its own or with the heat setting. The recliner is very smooth. I like the way that it lifts your feet up first then it will then lower the back. I bought it for that reason as I have lower back problems and just wanted a good upright position but with the option of raising my legs. The chair is well padded and I feel supported whilst sat. The price is an absolute bargain. Much cheaper than other popular online sites. Ok it’s not Italian leather but for the money it looks well made. Has two cup holders. I put my phone in one and tv remote in the other. If you fancy maybe a can of beer!!!!

Fast delivery, well-packaged chair, but after a year, the massager and heating broke. The massager cannot be turned off; it must be unplugged.

As described,hopefully will get more than 2 years out of it compared to recent buys,i will update in furure if need be.

This chair is so comfy the padding is really thick....I ordered it Monday and it came Wednesday delivered by 2 lovely guys.....the chair for the price is excellent value for money I'm so impressed I'm selling my new sofa to replace it with the matching 2 seater

First chair was broken now the replacement has went misshaped in my opinion not worth the money
