not satisfied. seriously dissapointed.
the hoop was cheaply made and horrendous. it goes into a figure 8 because its made of cheap tubing like you find the glow in the dark tube necklaces you can get at laser shows and such. it can't be fixed and it arrived the day before a princess party. I cut out the tube like another user suggested and will be buying a hoop skirt of better quality for her to use at halloween. the dress was alot bigger than the sizing chart made it sound and same with the shrug that came with it. I will not make mistake of checking reviews before buying in future. that's a lot to pay for horrible quality.

Not well made
The costume was poorly made and as others have noted on the reviews, the hoop is twisted into a figure eight that cannot be fixed. It did not fit well. The vendor did not refund my money after I returned it in a timely manner.
