I suffer from muscle and joint pain and have been researching different supplements. I stumbled upon NuBest Joint Xtra Advanced Support Supplement. I was immediately impressed with the list of ingredients. I was already taking MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Turmeric. This product contains all of those and a few others. Based off the ingredients, this seems to be a superior supplement so I switched to it. The capsules are average-sized but easy to swallow. The serving size is 3 capsules and each bottle contains 90 pills. This product was sold as a 4 pack which allows ample time to assess its efficacy. I have only been taking it for a week. Unfortunately, it is too soon to assess its total effectiveness. I can say that this supplement seems to be maintaining my pain at the same level as my previous supplement. Since switching, my pain has not increased nor have I experienced any adverse reactions. This supplement is off to a good start. I am hopeful it will work better than my previous supplement given it has great ingredient profile. If it fails to meet that criteria, I will update my review.

Product is made in a CGMP facility. What does that mean? Here's a quote from Food and Drug administration about it. "FDA ensures the quality of drug products by carefully monitoring drug manufacturers' compliance with its Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP) regulations. The CGMP regulations for drugs contain minimum requirements for the methods, facilities, and controls used in manufacturing, processing, and packing of a drug product. The regulations make sure that a product is safe for use, and that it has the ingredients and strength it claims to have." Honestly that about the most important thing there is with supplements. Its made safely and has the ingredients that it claims to have in the strength it states. On that note.. these supplements have a great selection of ingredients that are thought to help with joint related problems. Many people are probably taking these supplements individually and this might help reduce the number you need to take. The most important thing is that you dont take too much so make sure to add up the ingredients and doses of pills you are taking to ensure you're not overlapping and overdosing. This is a great option to narrow down the total number of supplements you need.

JointXtra Advanced Support Supplement - 4 pack... 📚 What I love: This product contains a quality proven to support good joint health and mobility. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day. This 4 pack should give you a 4 month of supply. The bottles are full with no wasted space and the flip top lid is so convenient. The capsules have a mild, but not unpleasant odor, they are medium size and easy to swallow. 📚Possible cons: It's possible that not everyone a 4 month supply to start with. I like having a good supply on hand so I'm good with that. I'd prefer taking one or to larger pills to a handful of smaller ones but these are easy to takeb so again, not a huge issue for me. 📚Summary... I love that these are madei the USA and have a quality blend of ingredients proven to help support joint health. These are, dairy, and soy free 👍👍

These multi-supplements are supposed to be easier than taking individual supplements. Easier, yes. More effective? I'm not so sure. After several months of use, I'm not so sure they have any value other than as a placebo. Turmeric is a common spice that has recently been described as a dietary supplement. According to an NIH study, it's value as a dietary supplement is questionable. Turmeric degrades rather rapidly and its sub-components haven't been studied sufficiently to offer any defined health benefit. Boswellia is an herbal extract made from the bark of the boswellia tree. It is also known as frankincense. Although GRAS it's value as a dietary supplement is questionable (same as tumeric). There has been a substantial amount of research on the use of glucosamine and chondroitin, separately or together, for pain and joint function in people with knee osteoarthritis, but studies have had inconsistent results, and expert evaluations of the evidence have reached conflicting conclusions. When considering the price, the value of this multi-supplement is questionable. Three stars.

I have been taking similar formulations of glucosamine and turmeric for over a year. I have joint pain from doing martial arts for years now and two knee surgeries, and these capsules along with collagen and hyaluronic acid keep my body feeling good overall. I like the glucosamine formulas that include turmeric because they kick in within days instead of weeks. This one has half as much turmeric, no quercetin, and a different mix of natural herbs compared to the last brand I tried, but it has 4x the chondroitin. So, I felt it was a trade-off which is hopefully about equal. So far, I haven't backslid since switching over to these a couple weeks ago, so that's a good sign! These are significantly more pricey than other similar brands I've tried, so I hope to feel some additional benefit over time. I am going to share a bottle form this multi-pack with a friend who has only tried glucosamine without the added herbs and turmeric and I'm hoping she has good results like me.
