If you have breathing difficulties, you will notice the difference the moment you put them on. The main selling point is to help you breathe during sleep, and I can confirm it will help you get a more restful night. It works by pulling open the nostrils, allowing for more airflow. I have had the clear ones and I can say that the tanned ones are better as they do not cause the same amount of irritation when you've taken them off. The adhesion on the strips is pretty good, it could be stronger, although that would make them more difficult to get off and perhaps irritate more. I think they may be pricey as if you wore them every day for a year it would cost you £130, but they are certainly better than the cheaper alternatives you can find on Amazon. Overall, I do recommend trying them out by buying the 10pc tanned strips, and from then, purchasing the 30pc packs when needed.

These definitely help with snoring, and it’s great that they have a large size. It doesn’t completely stop snoring but helps. You have to make sure you wash your face properly in the morning otherwise the adhesive residue can cause spots. These stay on nice and help open the airways

Good quality, easy to apply. The first type of breathing strips I'd ever tried. I have a deviated septum, so used these to see if it would help the circulation of air through my nose (as I sometimes feel like I have a blocked nose, which I assume is down to that). When I ordered the item, I actually ended up receiving a 'large' instead of a 'medium'... because I changed from 'clear' to 'original', so I've not allowed that to impact my review/rating of the product, as it's my fault, really. It's just a shame Amazon doesn't warn you that changing the colour will change the size (something to watch for). Despite the size irregularity (large instead of medium), as soon as I applied my first strip, I instantly felt my nasal passage open (without feeling like it was being forced open), so had that 'breath of fresh air' feeling. Makes me wonder if the strip sizes actually do matter, or if a medium strip would have even more of an impact on me. Either that, or maybe I do have a large nose, hmm haha. Aside from one strip, I only wore them in the evening/at night, so got maximum use out of them. Quite easy to remove in the morning (don't rush, unless you want to wax the outside of your nose!) but even easier to remove in the shower. The only reason I didn't give it 5*, as with any of these strips, is that I find it ludicrous they cost so much for only 10 strips(!). It has to be said, some brands are even more expensive (I believe this one is endorsed by the British Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Association, hence why I chose them over other brands).

Seem to do the job well and comfortable to wear

I got these hoping for a big improvement in my breathing at night, but honestly, they’re just okay. They do open up my nose slightly, but not as much as I expected, and they don’t make a huge difference in my sleep quality. They stick well and stay on all night, which is good, but removing them can be uncomfortable and leaves a bit of redness. This product (Beige colour) is faulty - the glue on these strips is far too strong. I purchased these for my mum and after using the first one she struggled to remove it and when she finally did it peeled the skin off her nose(!) She has used the clear versions of this brand before and said the glue on those is fine. The pack I received is dangerous and not fit for purpose. Reached out to seller for a return or refund but have so far received no response.

In conclusion, if you're someone who struggles with nasal congestion or snoring, I highly recommend giving these nasal strips a try. They're effective, comfortable to wear, and can make a world of difference in achieving a good night's sleep for both you and your partner.
