I LOVED these for long runs! What happened to them?? Why can’t I buy them anymore?? They taste decent and are so helpful for electrolyte replenishment (so important as a marathoner), and don’t have as many terrible ingredients as some other brands. Please bring them back!

Ugh. These are just ok. I used salt stick brand in the past but decided to try these. Just too salty with little other flavor. Not the best when you're running. Going to give it another go and see if they'll grow on me

I really don't like to give one Star reviews because someone took the time to make it for me and I'm very appreciative, but this is the worst tasting product from a company that I've used several different products in the past and nothing prepared me for the taste of this product. NASTY

I sometimes get leg cramps at night. Got one recently and chewed one of the tablets. The cramp eased fairly soon.
