Delivery was as fast as promised. Packaging arrived with the box separately, solidly wrapped on the outside of the box. The product is in capsule form and does not need refrigeration. We have ordered twice now. We are over 60 and 70 yr of age. Prior to receipt there had been elimination issues, which with regular use of the probiotic have lessened considerably. Due to $ restraints, we'd been taking one per day rather than two. Considering the effect on the problem with one dosage, two would likely nearly remedy the issue entirely. There is no gas/bloating effect at all & no stomach upsets, though we do take with food to avoid such issues. We will continue ordering from this company with confidence.

I've only been taking this probiotic capsule for a few days, but I can tell you without hesitation that this is the best probiotic I've ever taken. My stomach and intestines are now comfortable and I have no bloating. I am finally starting to live my life in the healthiest way possible. I have not experienced any side effects. Have to agree with a review that said these probiotic capsules were not as easy to swallow as capsules. However, they are made to be able to pass through the stomach to release the probiotic in the intestines where it is needed. I really don't have a problem swallowing these probiotics capsules. I just wash them down with an adequate amount of water. What I have noticed is that this probiotic is very effective in replenishing beneficial bacteria when required to use antibiotics. I take these probiotic supplement daily, even if not on antibiotics, as they seem to keep the digestive tract working well.
