This toy is an absolute yes in my house! My oldest is 8 years old and hard to keep him engaged, this toy had him plucking for a good hour. Yes, they are messy but nothing a quick vacuum pass can't fix. I also purchased the axolotl and panda. I am trying to catch the tie-dye panda. I definitely recommend this to any parent who wants to keep their little ones busy, even if it's just for a little while.

This is basically a super fluffy doll where you pick out all of the top layer of "fur" to reveal a different, permanent, non-pickable color underneath. Yes, it can be messy and yes, you have to open the packaging very carefully to avoid damaging the special zipper bag container that's included for the picked off floof, and this toy is a little more expensive than a comparable stuffed animal without the picking feature, but for anyone who's an anxious hair or skin picker this is a terrific redirect. My only complaint is the 'surprise' factor, I would prefer ordering the exact underneath color I want instead of not knowing until you start picking what the underneath color is. I also wish there were more different dolls available because we'll have gone through all of them pretty soon.

Very cute idea. Except for the fact that the MESS is inevitable. I did not plan for that part. The fluff kept sticking (static) to my daughter’s hands and made it hard to get back into the plastic container. It’s a cute idea but not worth the mess.

I know, I know. "Life-changing? A stuffed animal? This person must be insane." I mean, I am, but not for the reasons you think. See, I have trichotillomania. If you don't know, that's a rare mental disorder that causes people to pull out their own hair. I have not had eyebrows since I was twelve or eyelashes since I was eight. It's that bad. And nothing, absolutely NOTHING that I've tried has ever helped. Until now. I'm not going to lie and say it's stopped me from pulling entirely. I don't have enough money for the therapy THAT would cost. But this has immensely helped. Being able to grab this and pull at it when I'm under high stress has allowed me to, for short periods of time, actually let my lashes regrow. I had an eyelash fall in my eye last week. I haven't had an eyelash fall in my eye since I was TEN. The only thing stopping me from buying a hundred of these is my own financial situation. This satisfies the itch to pull like nothing ever has. It even has different pulling TEXTURES. I don't know if I can explain that to someone who doesn't pull their hair out regularly. Some threads are hard to pull. Some are easy to pull. And that MATTERS because that means I can get the satisfaction of doing it without harming my own body. And I get a reward for doing it too??? A little purple or pink or rainbow buddy that can sit on my bed and remind me how proud I am of myself that I spent two hours using my fingers or a pair of tweezers to free my new friend instead of covering my bed with my own hair??? This is AMAZING. AND, unlike literally every other trichotillomania fidget toy, IT COMES WITH A POUCH FOR EASY CLEANUP. And that pouch??? Makes ANOTHER new buddy!!! AND THAT BUDDY IS ANOTHER FIDGET TOY!!! (HONESTLY, that buddy makes for TWO great fidget toys because the texture of the hairs when you put your hand in the bag is ALSO amazing.) My ONLY note would be that I wish I could get a bigger one. They aren't quite the size that an adult can comfortably cuddle with, so they're more display pieces than anything else. But they're amazing, and I love them, and I want all of them. These plushies are literally a bigger deal to me than Squishmallows are, and if my comments on texture haven't already made it clear, that's saying a LOT.

Terrible- messy!!!! Yes, I understand the concept. However the fuzz stuck to everything and floated everywhere! It was awful and I refuse to even give them as gifts- which was my original plan. I would not want others to go through the torture.

These are a MESS! The kids had fun, but honestly became disengaged after a short while!

I bought this for a friend and coworker who likes to pick at his facial hair. It got a good laugh and now I pull it out whenever he's stressed out. He doesn't really use it as intended but it always helps lower the tension, which is a nice perk

This is amazing for anyone who struggles with urges to pull their hair out (trichotillomania) or picking at skin (Dermatillomania), I struggle with both and this has helped me have something else to pick at when I feel like picking, this has been a life changing tool for me. I wouldn’t recommend this for small children or honestly most children because I can see this being extremely messy and stressful for parents. I personally am able to keep the small hairs contained in a pile until I put them in the bag it comes with so it’s not messy for me. I bought 2 of them and I’ve had them for 2 weeks and haven’t even finished 1 yet which means they will last me a while and I will only have to purchase about 2 a month to be able to keep using them to prevent me picking at my skin and pulling out my hair.

Meine Tochter hat sich dieses Wölkchen von Fluffie Stuffie gewünscht und es war kein abbringen davon. So war natürlich die freute groß, wo sie es für Ihr Zeugnis bekommen hat. Da saß sie nun und hat an ihr gerupft und gerupft. Das hat ihr richtig Spass gemacht, die Fasern sind weich und könne in der Box aufbewahrt werden, trotzdem ist es eine fusselige Angelegenheit gerade, wenn man noch ein schwarzes Shirt trägt. Aber das Wölkchen ist sehr gut verarbeitet, sieht toll aus und leuchtet abends, also sprich, wenn es dunkel ist leicht. Sie ist happy damit und wünscht sich zum Geburtstag neue

Arrived very quickly (ordered on Friday and arrived Sunday). Looks the same as the picture. Haven’t opened it yet because it’s a gift so I’ll make an update if I remember. But like I said everything looks fine.
