I'm not sure about the Night Melts, but all the others help as they state. Worthwhile at least.

Anxious flyer reports this really helped stay calm through airport security, for solo flight & airport security in destination so yes it is a fab pack! Easy to dispense and able to carry in hand luggage due to size of bottles.

The label says suitable for the whole family and yet it contains 27% alcohol? I was shocked when I realised this. I thought I was buying a wholesome solution. I don’t consider 27 % alcohol wholesome or suitable for my kids.

This set of four Rescue Remedy products are perfect for 'taking the edge off' your stress, and help with relaxing sleep... or so those are the claims... but do they work?My work colleagues have recommended these before, and my mother in law swears by the daytime Rescue Remedy for travel - in fact she always has a dropper in her handbag as she gets huge anxiety when travelling.I'm usually sceptical, but with so many recommendations I gave these a try... my life is hectic enough, and if anything can help to calm life down a little that's good for me!I've tried so far the daytime dropper and the nighttime melts.The dropper is great - there's a familiar alcoholic tang to the liquid, and it's not unpleasant. The calming effect is noticable and I've been using this for the numerous webinars and meetings I have to attend and host where my Fitbit often states my heart rate goes up over 140bpm when I'm particularly nervous. With the Rescue Remedy drops in play, I am happy to state that my bpm averages less than 110. I am sure there is an explanation for this, but it works.As for the sleep melts, they seem to give me not so much MORE sleep, but actually just better quality... and much better dreams. I approve!Overall, having 4 different pots of these for £20 (price at the time of review) feels like great value, considering I've seen the separate items in supermarkets and chemists for over £7 each... so this 4 pack is a bargain.Recommended!

I personally don’t normally find calming things work for me but these do. I actually wouldn’t be without any of this range now. I personally find the night time ones work best for me especially the capsules and little liquid melts. The daytime bits work great to take an edge off how you are feeling but the nighttime ones just relax you so much that you get a decent restful nights sleep. Absolutely fantastic product and gave recommended them to all my family and friends.

Really cool set containing a variety of different forms of calm support from tablets to liquid you add to water. It's a bit hit and miss for me despite it being very good value. I find on some nights I feel really relaxed and I think it's working well but others it's not working and my anxiety in particular is still going wild. Overall not bad but it's a herbal solution so the effectiveness will vary
