Game changer!
This mineral mix is just so good. I'm using it to mineralize 4L jugs of RO water, and resulting TDS is 134ppm which is excellent for my preferences. This is a great all rounder mix of Mg, Ca and Na, ideal for any roast level, without being intrusive. With light roasts it just let the florals and fruity flavors shine, and with medium roasts body and sweetness are amazing. Never tried this mix with dark roasts. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to improve the coffee experience and get the best out of quality beans. I've also tried TWW medium roasts and would say the biggest difference between these two is how you perceive the body in the cup, as TWW is specifically designed to enhance medium roasts, making it bit fuller and heavier, but CW taste is just better IMO. Sweetness, body, aftertaste, everything just perfectly balanced. Both options are superb, don't take me wrong, but CW is less specific and works well with a wider range of beans.

Great price, great taste, easy to use.
Convenient minerals, and good quality for coffee brewing. Less expensive than ThirdWave and equally as good. Just need to add to a gallon of distilled water to improve your coffee water taste.

Might be worth it
I was using Costco purified water. Has a TDS around 50. Using 0 TDS Zero water, these packets produce a TDS of 90. There is a difference in the taste of the coffee made by my Moccamaster. It's subtle but it's there. I think you need to be serious about your coffee to use this though.

This is the one
I much prefer this to TWW. I can still taste the coffee with this and it protects my machine since we use RO water in our home. With TWW, my coffee tastes muted and similar to diner coffee or Keurig. I think TWW concentrates their packets with more than you need, so I've seen recommendations that you have to use half the packet to get the right results. Coffee Water gives me better results right out of the box and it is so much more cost effective if you buy the 125 gallon version. I drop these packets into a 5 gallon water jug, fill with RO water, and use a battery operated pump. I think this pack will last me nearly a year, so super happy I found this product. Coffee Water also has a pretty cool story about how they came to be on their website if you're interested. I like to research anything I put in my water to make sure it's legit and I feel good about using this product after seeing all the research and time that went into its creation.

Gross taste
I found it very salty/bitter/gross. I previously hated TWW (trying a whole packet, and then half packet) so I went with 30% each packet this time (measuring it by weight on my coffee scale) mixed in a gallon of distilled water. I shook the ever loving heck out of that water, for minutes, and there were still fine floating particles. The final cup of coffee tasted extremely salty and bad. I will try again using 10-20% of a packet, and perhaps stirring with a large spoon handle, but I’m not optimistic. Will update here if any future coffees get better.

I like it. A product that is easy to review
It was time to try another water mineralizer and I was pleased with this one. If you are a coffee enthusiast, treat yourself to a countertop water distiller for your coffee water. Then add minerals as per these packs. Save yourself some money over the cost of bottled water.

Not worth it.
I couldn't taste a difference with our espresso.

I was skeptical...
When I initially bought these, for some reason I thought I bought the third wave coffee brand. So, I was surprised to have received this brand instead. That's what I get for amazon shopping late at night lol. If I'm being honest I really didn't want to give this product a chance being that it has a low amount of reviews on Amazon and it's website is visually lacking. However this is about the coffee it can produce, and if it can produce good coffee and be at a price point this low; why not give it try. ---- About the Coffee ---- I brewed two cups with 55g of medium roast espresso from 22g of fresh ground beans using distilled water mixed with both packets. I've been using this coffee for a week so I'm famiar with this batch's notes and flavors. Given my skepticism of this brand I needed to know if they were actually better than filtered water. To keep this somewhat short, yes it was better. Was it worth eighty cents a packet. Yeah, I wouldn't mind parting with a dollar to enhance a gallon of water for coffee. If you're on the fence about buying this I think you should give it a try, you might be surprised.

Love it, coffee tastes better, with none of the scaling! My only gripe is that I don't have a gallon jug to mix into lol

Absolutely amazing difference to my reverse osmosis water , I use it in a skuma water machine and it gets used for every drink hot or cold , everything is better and has a very nice mouth feel it's the biggest improvement I've ever had to my water

Makes the water gummy after a day or two. Not a suitable product to use long term

This has worked well with my ECM espresso machine. I have been using this water for a year and I don't have any scale buildup. I usually make latte's so I wouldn't notice a flavour difference vs other water. Only slight down side is that it takes a while to dissolve. I usually stir it for 5 minutes then come back later to stir again until dissolved.
