Brought it for £900. Awesome deal. The screen is too good. Very slim laptop and the battery lasts for 3-3.5 hours. Performance is brilliant. I'm a pc gamer but now using this laptop without any issues with double monitors just like a desktop. Also this is not heavy to carry around in my backpack.

This machine is a great 2 in 1 laptop with fantastic storage capacity and a "never say die" battery life. The sound quality is great and the functionality is extremely efficient. It's so easy to use by all ages and this is a true value for money.

Its an amazing, typical Dell quality office laptop, works perfectly, the screen is bright and clear, the keys are soft and sensitive, the battery lasts long and the charging is quick, the only con is the ONE SINGLE USB port? really? We are still not really there to have everything wireless, so this is annoying when we have so many peripherals to computers. If one wants to use it with external keyboard+mouse, either prepare with an usb hub or chose an other laptop.

Had this two years before it started to go wrong usb does not recognize anything even a mouse, card reader does not work this is after dell did a so called system check now it wont even start £900 for two years wont by dell Again

The display on this laptop is very good with 100% srgb, 300 nits brightness with a 16 inch 120hz 2560x1600 resolution display. The performance on this laptop is quite good as well, however the only downside performance wise is that the RTX 4060 is limited to 70 watts. It gets quite loud under intense use. What I have noticed is that in the product description it says that the GPU has a 60 watts gpu, however in Nvidia Control panel, it says 70 watts. The battery life on this laptop is quite good as well with roughly 5 to 7 hours during normal use and under 2 hours whilst gaming using the RTX 4060. Features wise, it has a backlit keyboard which can be adjusted at 2 levels, a fast and responsive fingerprint sensor, a clear webcam and for me personally the best being that it supports charging through USB C as it doesn’t require me to carry a hefty power brick with me. Another issue I’ve noticed after quite a bit of use is that sometimes, unless i drag click the trackpad, it doesn’t work. Overall, I would rate this laptop a solid 7.5/10.

This is a superb laptop and a good desktop replacement. I am able to edit video, photos and perform sound recording all on this machine. Previously I used my desktop computer which is in the dining room. It is much more convenient to have this machine - on my lap and I use it all the time. There are not many external connections available but I purchased a multi input interface from Amazon which gets around the problem. I was also surprised at the sound, there are 4 speakers and on some music the actual stereo effect is amazing.

It seems Dell laptops suffer from poor battery life. You hardly find a Dell laptop with more than 53Whr battery. Another issue I find is sometimes their laptops fail to wake up from sleep after closing the lid and opening it up. This is my second Dell laptop laptop in three years which are two different models and suffer from similar fate. On the other hand, the deal price for the specs (i7 12th gen, 16GB, 512GB and higher screen resolution at 16:10) for £669 was a bargain. On another note, please buy only 16:10 laptop if it is a 14" screen.
