Great product. Compared to others this is easy to apply and actually does prevent staining as spillages just pool on the surface waiting to be wiped off. Too soon to see about dye transfer but I’m confident it will do the job

Use this on my white seats and they work a treat. No smell, easy to clean and use to use. Very user friendly for beginners

I had great confidence in this product after reading the positive reviews. To be fair it did smell great and left the seat feeling smooth. When you sit you do slide in easily with very little resistance so i reckon it does work as a friction reducer thus reducing wear on bolsters etc. But unfortunately it didn't work as a stain blocker. I used this specifically because my seats are a light cream colour and i didn't want to get any dye transfer. But i had these dark brown headrests cushions for a couple of months and the dye from it transferred onto my headrests and i had to have them refinished as the stain wouldn't come off. So definitely doesn't totally prevent dye transfer.

If you have bought a car with leather interior and you want to protect the leather against sunlight UV damage, water stains, dye transfer from jeans and general wear and tear, this is the best product for you. Having used various cremes and leatherbalms over the years and found that they are OK but not perfect..I tried this L1. Apply two coats using an applicator pad, allow each coat to dry, say an hour. L1 dies fully matt, does not leave a greasy texture and does not attract grime. I use it on leather seats, door cards, steering wheels and gear lever tops. This is the perfect product for modern coated and factory sealed car leather. As soon as a family member gets a new car, I get this applied on day one. For synthetic surfaces like vinyl dashboards I use G Techniq C6 Matt Dash coating....apply two coats with a sponge applicator

Good product

Used this on my Ford Puma leather seats and found it to be so easy to use. I applied the 1st coat then left it to dry. I applied the 2nd coat the next day and left to dry. It leaves a factory matt finish as seen in the photos. I would highly recommend this for the ease of application and the finish it leaves

Great for protecting the car seats, then I use the leftovers to water proof my trainers....

This product is not cheap, but neither is the quality! I debated this purchase for sometime due to the cost, if you are serious (really serious) about caring for your leather, then you won't be disappointed. Just about all leather seats, even and sometimes especially in expensive vehicles is and has been for sometime clear coated to protect the leather. Instead of treating the leather this product treats and helps preserve the clear coat. No I don't work for the manufacturer, this is a great product and it makes sense.

Prodotto scoperto per caso anni fa e che attualmente non cambierei mai. A mio parere ottimo per la cura dei rivestimenti in pelle! Dopo l’applicazione lascia sulla pelle trattata una piacevole sensazione di morbidezza ed idratazione come nuova.

Conoscevo già il prodotto, ho preso questo formato maggiore per avere più scorta, purtroppo manca il diffusore, diversamente da come ci si aspetterebbe dalla foto di presentazione. Lo tengo comunque perché mi serve, però insomma…

I hesitate to purposely test the stain protection on my outback's seats but I will say this product was easy to apply and the 1hr wait was minimal. My car is only 2 years old so leather was still in good shape and while the leather protect did give my leather a clean "showroom" look. MINIMAL change in hue much like 303 protectant does. The wife commented how good they looked. The other products I've used of GTech are CSL, EXOv5, panel wipe, car soap, glass polish, glass cleaner, water repellent, tri clean, as well as ceramic sealant and they have all worked well including microfiber rags have all been outstanding
