I have this and it wonderful the neoprene warmers are awesome although personally I don’t think you need the leg strap but it does act like a thermos keeping things to temp

Did the trick !
Worked good, the heat pad didn’t work for very long maybe 15 mins. Best thing keep it close to your body . I ended up using a hunting hand warmer for extra heat. Temp was good when processed
