Great little set for starter cupping. Littlest ones are good for the face, and bigger ones for body, though I use all of them. I've had them for several months. Quality seems very good. No issues. Soft, and easy to clean. Recommend.

Strong and effective. So strong you have to be careful on sensitive areas. I used them on my neck and it looked like I had hickeys all over! They are effective though if you want a strong grip for tight muscles.

Tried a new fancy version, but the silicone was so thick, it was difficult to squeeze to get a vacuum and even the smallest cup didn’t fit on a woman’s forearm. So returned them and went back to the basic design. These are easy to use & fit on a woman’s forearm. Easier to clean, takes less space in my luggage & cost less than the new fancy designed ones, so a big win!

I am a licensed massage therapist. These work!! They’re the same ones given to me in cupping training. These are safe to use, they have good suction, they stay on & do exactly what they’re supposed to. Like all forms of cupping they shouldn’t be left on main blood supplies (veins/on the neck) & also shouldn’t be left stagnant in one area for more then 10 min. Cupping is a deep tissue modality, it also helps bring toxins to the surface.(NOT A BRUISE, Bruises are from impact) after each use (which shouldn’t be done more than 3x a week) you must preform manual lymphatic drainage on the area. (Your lymphatic system helps your body excrete toxins). Overall the cups work very effectively, I highly recommend. This is a recent purchase so I don’t have any opinion on longevity of the product. So far 100% worth the purchase.

I'm a physical therapist and these are my favorite cups to use at work. I do dynamic and static cupping. They are rigid enough for static cupping but you don't have to worry about using a pump, like the hard plastic/glass cups. You can get minimal to maximal suction with these. Love the versatility. Also love the variety of sizes to use on different areas of the body.

Love these cups! The larger sizes are nice and the smaller ones are the best! I am using them to release scar issue on my foot after surgery and the smallest size work perfectly! Others have commented on sharp corners, but for me this isn’t an issue at all! Great cups and great price! I just ordered another set in case I misplace! Thanks :))

Excellent product easy to use especially for beginners as higher grip and softer plastic allows easier control

I have quite a few different brands of these style of cups but the small facial cups in this kit is unique and what attracted my attention and purchase. I don’t find that my cone-shaped facial cups give me enough suction and drop away too easily. These facial cups undoubtedly meet my expectation on the suction which I’m happy about, but the interior edges are uncomfortable because they are sharp and not rounded. This is problematic when using them for dynamic work. Truly a shame, because they are a perfect size for face and micro targeting other areas, but those sharp edges create a pinchy sensation. I can cope with it for my self-care routine but I would not use them on a client.
