The speed of the processor is really great. My wife loves it's quickness and the screen size.

My wife's computer was 12 years old, and she is not a power user, and I found this on sale. Works great out of the box, boots lightning fast, since it has a 1 TB M.2 HD. Great for her accounting job.

Still checking it out, however was very easy to start up and it updated immediately. It is light weight for its size. Happy to have the 10 key and the large screen. Using it primarily as a replacement for my all-one desktop in my home office. Seems to be perfect for office use and was priced well.

The description of this product says it comes with Windows 11 Pro. Got my new laptop, was loving it, then about 3 weeks after I got it, my windows says I need to activate it. I go to settings and it won't activate. Upon further investigation, I find out the product key loaded on my new laptop is for Windows 11 Home. I contacted the seller, they asked me for my order number, I gave that to them. Then they asked what assistance I needed. I explained my issue and they have NEVER helped me! I have messaged them 3 times and they have ghosted me. They have not replied back at all. Amazon was no help either the 2 times I've contacted them. This seller is making false claims and they will not stand behind their product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE. HORRIBLE - THEY TELL YOU YOU ARE BUYING ONE THING THING then a week from the time frame when you can return your laptop, the Windows you thought you purchased with your new computer suddenly stops working and the seller WILL NOT EVEN CONTACT YOU BACK. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!

I was blown away by their swift response; they got back to me in under 30 minutes, ready to send a replacement cord right away. I ended up finding the cord soon after and felt a bit silly about the mix-up. But honestly, I was so impressed with how quick and accommodating the customer service was. It really made the whole experience even better!
