Non flavoured, mixes the best of many of the other brands I have tried. It’s not messy, stays mixed without settling better than other brands. I’ve tried lots of other brands and this is by far the best. Once the bag is opened it is NOT resealable so be prepared for that. I am using it to lose belly fat and gain muscle.

Yeah, it's a nice solid protein powder. It's quite filling in the stomach since casein digests slowly, so good for consuming right before bed. As per taste and texture, it doesn't taste all that good and it's chalky, I will be honest. I do blend it with water, but it's better with milk, yogurt, kefir, or something already dairy or thick.

It’s literally just Casien powder, it’s chalky and doesn’t mix well in a shaker bottle haven’t tried a blender

Chalky taste, packaging is terrible, open the bag and powder went everywhere, ‘no-sealable’ bag, very thick when mixed with 2% milk. I only have mixed it one time, so I can’t say if it’s effective or not. More to come….

I read all the reviews and definitely side with the negative ones. Super chalky taste, even using half of the recommended dosage in my smoothie. Bag does not reseal. Doesn’t even keep me full. And it’s so fine and powdery, it gets EVERYWHERE. All over the kitchen. Loss all around and now I’m stuck with a giant, expensive, unusable bag of it.
