Great protection and value for the money.

this is as good a safe as I wanted. easy to program, has a light inside and ample room to store things.

I used the instructions to set the codes, regular and management code. Tested before I closed it and both codes worked. Closed the safe and now the codes will not open it. I can use the keys, but not the codes. Of course I had ordered in January for my parents and had it delivered to their house in another state, just got in to town to do this, and the return window is closed. No support number, just an email address on the instructions. I have emailed their support staff 3 times and they have not answered! Update: I have worked on this for three days and discovered that the instructions are inaccurate on how to open the safe with the combination. I found a workaround, but DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE.

I give this 4 stars because the door when you open it. It doesn't actually open all the way. It's limited so I was not able to put certain items into it that I would have liked to

This safe is perfect!! My son collects and trades coins and lives in an apartment. He loves it!! Shipped out quickly and arrived on time. I would definitely encourage a friend or family member to look at this safe before buying one.

We bought this safe for our 20 year old daughter that is just starting out in life so she has somewhere safe to put her valuables and important documents. It it very spacious. She really liked the hidden compartment. There is room for just about anything you would need to keep safe. Very nicely made

For the money this is a decent safe. If you are looking for a waterproof or fireproof safe this not a good match To use the keypad, leave the main key in the 3 o'clock position and the emergency key in the 12 o'clock position. Use new lithium batteries. and bolt the safe to the floor or wall. Hide the safe in a suitable location. to make it difficult to find. Keep in mind this is only $250 and don't expect to get a safe that is $500 or $600. Don't bother understanding the directions because they are very confusing. I like to keep it simple it and used the default setting.

This safe was just what we needed to replace our safe deposit box, which we had to do because our bank discontinued having safe deposit boxes. The safe fit securely hidden in our closet and access to the safe is easy for us but secure and impenetrable for others. We are very happy with this product.
