I have a pair of pull on trainers which are more leisure use than sports use and the heel was wearing quicker than the rest of the shoe. These fitted in nicely and have extended the life of the shoes and because even though they have a lace as a well as being pull on I was able to adjust the fit to allow for the additional bulk of the insole by slightly loosening the lace. I've worn them a while now and I think they will outlast the shoes, which is ok as I have a second pair!

I feel very comfortable to walk with these in my trainers. Reduces stress on knees. Easy to fit and good value for money.

Good value for money, quality, comfort

The full insoles don't even reach the end of my shoe! For reference I have size 10 shoes. I can't do anything about it because of poor planning I need them regardless. Really disappointed with them considering the images made them look so comfortable. I would say they're falsely saying they fit 8-10 and it's more like 8-9.Would not recommend unless you're using them for small shoes.

Felt ok but too small. Ordered size 8-11 to fit size 11, were too short. Wouldn't think they would be long enough for a size 10
