It’s a good tool to have if you want to fix your car break rotors and check lateral runout.

Quality of these parts is overall okay but the indicator doesn't repeat or zero properly which is essential for checking brake rotor runout. Very disappointed.

I will say that this is my first gage product so I don't have a way to compare to other products with respect to accuracy. Having said that, I like this tool and I would recommend it. Nice kit. At the moment it is my go-to tool for checking warps in my rotors.

This is a pretty smart design of attaching an indicator gooseneck to a universal clamp. It can clamp onto anything flat or cylindrical, within reason. Lots of uses around the shop, like measuring run out on a chuck in a drill press, etc. I'm sure that auto mechanics will find a use for it, too. The indicator itself works well, moves smoothly, and has large display that is very easy to read. Good product.
