This comforter arrived in a vacuum sealed bag and was squished almost flat. I was a bit disappointed when I unpacked it and it stayed compressed. I then saw a tip from another review that suggested throwing the comforter in the dryer to fluff it up, so that's what I did. After ten minutes, the dryer was full of comforter, as fluffy as could be. The insulation material spreads out evenly in the square cell of the comforter, and it lays out flat and plush. The seam work is all great, straight and without errors, and the entire comforter was blemish free. I have no idea what is going to happen to this if I tried to wash it, but I don't wash comforters. I keep them inside comforter covers, and only freshen them up with a steam-cycle run in the dryer. If they need to be cleaned, I take them to my dry cleaner, because I have destroyed more than one comforter when trying to wash it myself and don't even try anymore. I got the all-season version, and found the weight be to just what I'm looking for. The product literature suggests that the fill is part down, part synthetic, but I am unsure how to test this without destroying the comforter, and it's too nice to destroy.Five Star Budget Priced yet Luxury Quality Comforter

I ordered the year-round weight of this comforter in king size of the white color. I have been using hypoallergenic faux down comforters until now and each one has disappointed by becoming very flat quickly and never maintaining any loft or being very warm. This comforter was a surprising game changer! It comes vacuum sealed so I aired it out for a couple of days just to let it breathe and expand, and I also put it in the dryer on low for 20 minutes to give it more loft. I was impressed at how fluffy it became. It put it inside a duvet and it looks great on my bed and feels so comfortable! It actually maintains warmth, unlike my prior blankets (it actually gets a bit too warm during these summer nights, even with a/c). I worried that since it does have a combo of real feather and synthetic fibers as filling that I would have some allergies, as I tend to be sensitive, but no issues at all! It seems like the perfect compromise between all synthetic and all down. I highly recommend it!

I waited to do this review until I slept with it for a week. This has given me the best sleep I've had in a long time. It's extremely soft and all the comfort you need. I did let it sit out for a day to give it time to fluff. I am putting it inside a duvet cover and not quite sure how it will feel then, but I plan to use this all year for all seasons. We are moving to Northern California from Arizona so It will be an adjustment and hoping this will help keep me warm at night, as when we visit we are always so cold. I will update the review when I use it in California. The color is white white, not an off white a bright white, whiich I particulary like but I will use a cover as I'd be nervous of gettin something on it and ruining it. lol

We got this comforter in a king size in the white color. It comes shrink wrapped so you will need to free it from the shrink wrap and let it breathe for a day or two so that it can fluff up. The material is very soft, the thickness is a little less than medium thickness, and it is not that heavy but its definitely not a lightweight comforter either. It can definitely be used all year round. You have the option to use this as an insert as it has little hooks for a duvet or let it stand alone as is. The white is a very bright white. It can be machine washed but I have yet to wash mine as I just received it an let it fluff out over the weekend.

Purchased the all-year round king sized duvet insert/down comforter. It came in a vacuum sealed bag and expanded very nicely upon opening. It expanded better after a cold wash and low heat dry. Would definitely recommend using this inside a duvet cover if you don't want to feel the many squares on this product. This product comes with four tabs (one on each corner) to attach to the duvet cover. This product is light-weight, comfortable, and didn't cause excess heat. If you are the type to need a somewhat weighted blanket to sleep, then this is not for you.

I was looking for something that I could use for all seasons. I live in a very hot state so in the summer my house stays very cold so I want something to keep me warmer at night. This is very lightweight and fluffy. It fit perfectly inside my duvet cover. I feel like it is cooler than others and maybe its the fill they use but it works for me. Perfect size.

This is a well made feather and down comforter. I live wih a quilter and she goes over bedding like an government inspector and she approves of the stitching and craftsmenship This is super soft and a very pleasing product. Now I always hesitate in putting these in a cover but it is best to protect one's investment. Very well crafted product. Well done.

I really love this comforter. It does come shrink wrapped, so some airing out will be in order. It also comes with a dust cover bag which looks really sharp and is very giftable. It is a medium weight comforter that can work all year long. Overall, it is a great comforter. I would highly recommend.
