Great product
We received our water cooler yesterday. Set up was easy and the unit works great. Cold water is cold and hot water is hot. Love the safety lock on the hot water dispenser. Would definitely recommend.

Works as it should but is very loud at times and occasionally needs adjustments because the seal starts to leak air pressure. But fir the price very nice. I had to return the first one because shipper turned it upside down and leaked compressor lubricant everywhere but it was hassle-free ordeal.

DOESNT GET COLD
this thing doesnt make your water cold AT ALL. Waste of time buying this product. It absolutely sucks, to be fair.

A champion cooler!
Bought a water dispenser from a reputable that lasted only 6 months. I replaced it with this unit. Couldn't be happier. Easy to use and it does not leak! It was $110 cheaper than the original cooler. You won't go wrong with this purchase.

Great performance
Just set this up. Took a bit for it to cool and heat up but we are now in heaven! Quiet, great flow, perfect for our office!

Doesn't last long
It's decent and looks nice. However, after less than a year we're having issues with the pump. While trying to troubleshoot the problem we also noticed another. We noticed that the connection hoses in the back which was done during manufacturing was not correct leading to a small leak and rusting parts.
